I apologise for my bad reacll of this story but it goes soemthing like this.An old man was walking along the beach and saw a young man surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of starfish that had been stranded on the beach above the water line. The young man was picking up the starfish one at a time and throwing them as far as he could out to sea. The older man said to the younger man there are too many starfish for you to save. Why waste your time, you can't make any difference . the young man's's answer was Ask the starfish I've thrown out to sea, what difference I made to them .YOU are making a difference, not only in what you are planning but in how you are affecting people now.
